Part-Time Recruitment & HR Coordinator (School Hours Considered) Blackpool (FY4) | 20-25 Hours per Week | Monday to Friday £13.33-£14.00 per hour (depending on experience) + Quarterly Performance Bonus About the Role
Manpower is looking for a proactive and organised Recruitment & HR Coordinator to support one of our key global clients at their manufacturing site in Blackpool.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in recruitment, HR administration, staffing, customer service or workforce support who is looking for a part-time role with genuine flexibility and work-life balance.
You’ll play a key role in supporting the site's workforce, managing recruitment activities, onboarding new starters and providing day-to-day employee support. You’ll be the main onsite contact for workers and client stakeholders, helping to ensure a positive employee experience and smooth workforce operations.
While you’ll take ownership of day-to-day onsite activity, you’ll be fully supported by an experienced network of colleagues including your Client Account Manager, recruitment specialists, operational leaders and the wider Manpower team.
This is a part-time, long-term ongoing assignment offering a consistent working pattern, flexibility around agreed hours, and the opportunity to work with a globally recognised healthcare manufacturing organisation.

- Screening and interviewing candidates
- Coordinating inductions and new starter processes

This role offers
20-25 hours per week
, worked Monday to Friday between 7:00am and 7:00pm
.
A fixed weekly working pattern will be agreed in advance to provide consistent onsite support.
School hours are welcome and can be considered
, subject to business needs.
Examples may include:
- 9:30am to 2:30pm, Monday to Friday
- Four shorter working days
- Three longer working days
We’ll work with the successful candidate to agree a schedule that balances business requirements with individual commitments.

- Recruitment, HR administration, staffing or workforce coordination
- Building positive working relationships with employees and stakeholders
- Managing workload independently and prioritising effectively
- Handling sensitive conversations professionally and confidentially
- Providing excellent customer service
- Maintaining accurate records and administration processes
- Strong organisational and time management skills
Most importantly, you’ll be approachable, organised, proactive and confident supporting both employees and stakeholders.
