Bayman Atkinson Smythe client is seeking an experienced HR Advisor Employee Relations to join the People Team in Oldham. You will own an ER caseload across ~1,000 employees, providing practical guidance to managers and ensuring compliant investigations and risk assessments.
The role focuses on safeguarding, regulatory compliance and leadership coaching, with travel to other sites in the Northwest. A CIPD Level 5 (Level 7 preferred) is desirable.
