Group Head of Talent & Performance

Our Client, a FTSE 250 global business is recruiting a Global Head of Talent & Performance as part of a huge transformation agenda. The successful candidate will lead their performance and talent agenda, designing and embedding a simple, consistent global performance framework, driving accountability, and fostering a high performance culture across all positions within the business.

This is a key role in the business, owning talent management and succession planning, identifying, developing and managing key leadership talent including the Group's top leaders and implementing a robust Board-level succession process. This is a new Executive Leadership team with the drive to take the business from the FTSE 250 to the FTSE 100 and they are looking for someone who will share that passion and really develop exceptional future leaders.

You will love working with entrepreneurs, guiding, coaching and using your broad expertise across talent, succession, reward, organisational development and transformation. You will come with experience of complex global businesses.
