Salary: Dependent on experience

Role: Full time

About the Role

We’re looking for a Paid Marketing Specialist who lives and breathes performance – someone who can plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns that drive measurable business growth for our B2B manufacturing clients.

At Red‑Fern, we blend creativity with technology to help global manufacturers transform their digital presence. You’ll work closely with our Head of Paid Marketing to run high‑impact Google Ads and Linked In campaigns that generate qualified leads, fuel account growth, and support full‑funnel marketing strategies across multiple sectors.

This isn’t just about managing budgets – it’s about owning performance. You’ll use data, insight, and experimentation to continuously improve outcomes, helping clients grow while advancing Red‑Fern’s reputation as one of the UK’s leading digital partners for manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta, Linked In, and other paid media channels.
  • Support full‑funnel campaign strategies – from brand awareness to conversion and remarketing.
  • Conduct keyword, audience, and competitor research using aHrefs, GA4, GSC, and Hub Spot.
  • Write compelling ad copy and collaborate with creative teams to ensure visuals and messaging align with strategy.
  • Analyse campaign performance and report on KPIs focused on account growth, ROI, and lead quality.
  • Monitor trends and platform updates, ensuring strategies evolve with the latest best practices.
  • Support data tracking, attribution, and conversion setups in GA4, Tag Manager, and CRM tools.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and client presentations, bringing fresh insight and innovation.
  • Collaborate with SEO, Content, and Strategy teams to align paid activity with wider marketing goals.
What We’re Looking For
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in PPC / Paid Media within a digital agency or B2B environment.
  • Proven success managing Google Ads and Linked In Ads (Meta and Microsoft Ads a bonus).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insight.
  • Experience working with Hub Spot, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and aHrefs.
  • Understanding of the B2B manufacturing landscape – long sales cycles, complex buyer journeys, and high‑value decision‑making.
  • Confident communicator who enjoys collaborating with creative, strategic, and technical teams.
  • Passionate about innovation – curious about AI, automation, and new tools that push performance further.
Why join our team?
  • Competitive salary based on experience.
  • Join a forward‑thinking agency where you’ll work on exciting brands, use the latest tools and marketing platforms, grow your skills, and collaborate with a passionate team to deliver impactful, measurable results.
  • Personal £500 annual learning & development budget to be used for courses, gaining certifications or attending events.
  • Hybrid and flexible working: 2 days at our office and 3 at home, with additional flexibility to suit your lifestyle or unexpected appointments.
  • 30 days paid holiday (including bank holidays) as standard. Through our earned holiday scheme you’ll gain additional holidays the longer you work with us and also have the option to ‘buy’ additional holidays for those big life events.
  • Health cash plan which allows you to claim money back on any health costs such as dental check‑ups, glasses and physiotherapy.
  • Regular team socials, culture sessions, and community care projects.
  • Opportunities to grow your skills and career within an award‑winning digital agency.
