Overview
Our client, a luxury retail brand, is looking for a Customer Insights Manager to join their growing team.
This role sits at the heart of CRM and marketing, owning the customer data and insight layer that supports decision-making across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing and understanding the current customer database, including data shape and quality
- Running SQL queries to extract and analyse customer data
- Building initial reports to identify gaps, issues, and opportunities within the data
- Carrying out hands-on data cleansing and de-duplication
- Building and maintaining Power BI reports to support CRM and marketing teams
- Using customer data to drive segmentation and targeting strategies
- Supporting email and CRM strategy decisions with clear, actionable insight
- Acting as the data enabler for marketing and CRM teams, allowing them to focus on execution
- Hands-on SQL experience
- Experience working with customer databases
- Power BI for reporting and insight
