• Campaign Execution:
  Planning and launching multi‑channel campaigns across social media, email, and paid advertising (PPC).
• Content Management:
  Creating, editing, and uploading high‑quality copy and visuals for websites and social platforms, often using Content Management Systems (CMS).
• SEO & SEM:
  Optimising website content for search engines to drive organic traffic and managing paid search budgets.
• Performance Analysis:
  Monitoring key metrics (e.g., ROI, CTR) using tools like Google Analyticsto provide actionable insights for campaign improvement.
• Lead Generation:
  Developing strategies to identify new customer bases and nurture them through the sales funnel.

• Technical Proficiency:
  Experience with tools such as Google Ads,Meta Ads Manager,Hub Spot, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Analytical Mindset:
  The ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear reports for stakeholders.
• Communication:
  Strong written and verbal skills for content creation and collaborating with internal teams or external agencies.
• Adaptability:
  Staying current with rapidly changing digital trends and emerging platforms.

Working hours are 9am 5pm Monday to Friday.

• Salary: £30,000 - £40,000
• 25 Days plus statutory holidays (33 days in total)
• An extra 2 days holiday after 5 years service
