I am partnering exclusively with this leading organisation as it embarks on an exciting period of growth and commercial transformation. As part of this journey, the business is making a number of key investments across its Commercial functions, recruiting several high-impact roles that will shape their future success.

One of these appointments is a Website Product Manager.

In this role you will lead the website roadmap, prioritising enhancements and new features that drive engagement, lead generation and conversion. Working cross-functionally with marketing, product, technology, content and external partners, you'll use customer insight, analytics and experimentation to continuously optimise performance and deliver measurable results.

The Role:
  • Own and manage the website strategy, roadmap and backlog aligned to business goals.
  • Lead the delivery of website enhancements and new functionality using Agile methodologies.
  • Improve customer journeys through data, user feedback and UX best practice.
  • Drive website performance through analytics, CRO initiatives, A/B testing and experimentation.
  • Support digital acquisition and lead generation through ongoing optimisation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver impactful digital initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs including traffic, engagement, conversion and retention.
  • Ensure compliance with accessibility standards, GDPR and website governance processes.
The Person :
  • Proven experience managing websites or digital products and delivering measurable improvements.
  • Strong understanding of digital product management, UX and customer journey optimisation.
  • Experience working with CMS platforms, Agile teams and analytics tools such as GA4.
  • Knowledge of SEO, CRO and digital best practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and prioritisation skills.
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate customer and business needs into effective digital solutions.
Nice to have:
  • Experience in B2B, SaaS, membership, e-commerce or lead-generation environments.
  • Experience managing digital agencies and suppliers.
  • Familiarity with experimentation tools, Figma, Jira and AI-driven personalisation technologies.

If this is of interest and you have strong experience in the above then I would love to hear from you.
