Location: Preston (Office Based - hybrid may be considered)
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 DOE

Fox Morris Group is looking for an AI Automation & Systems Manager to help transform the way we work through AI, automation and smarter business processes.

Working directly with the Directors, you'll identify inefficient processes, build automations and implement AI solutions that improve productivity across recruitment, compliance, finance and operations.

• Build AI-driven workflows and business automations.
• Streamline internal processes to reduce manual administration.
• Integrate business systems and automate reporting.
• Research and implement new AI tools to improve efficiency.
• Work with teams to identify opportunities for automation.

• Experience with AI and automation platforms (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Makecom, n8n, Power Automate or Zapier).
• Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills.
• Experience integrating systems using APIs is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• A passion for using technology to solve real business problems.

Salary: £50,000 £ 60,000 depending on experience.

Note: Applicants must live within a commutable distance of Preston, as this is an office-based role with regular collaboration across the business.
