IT Solution Architect

As a Solution Architect you will provide architectural leadership across Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure and the wider Microsoft ecosystem, ensuring scalable, secure, and integrated solutions that align with business priorities.

• Defining end‑to‑end solution architecture for strategic business and technology initiatives.
• Leading the design of software solutions across multiple platforms, including Microsoft Dynamics 365, that deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Establishing and maintaining architecture standards, principles and governance across enterprise applications.
• Driving integration strategies between Dynamics 365, third‑party applications and core business systems.
• Identifying opportunities to optimise and potentially rationalise existing platforms, improve performance and maximise technology investment.
• Providing technical leadership throughout the solution lifecycle, from concept and design through to implementation and ongoing support.
• Collaborating with business leaders and project teams to translate strategic objectives into robust technology solutions.
• Supporting security, data governance and compliance requirements across the application landscape.
• Producing clear architectural documentation to support decision‑making, scalability and operational resilience.

• Experience designing and delivering enterprise‑scale technology solutions.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the wider Microsoft technology stack.
• Experience integrating business‑critical platforms across complex environments.
• Knowledge of Azure cloud services and modern architecture principles.
• Experience working with Power Platform technologies, including Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.
• A strong understanding of security, governance and data management principles.
• The ability to influence stakeholders, challenge constructively and drive alignment across teams.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and problem‑solving skills.
