Contract
:
Hybrid, 2 days minimum on site per week
Hours
:
Full time, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 8-hour days with a 30-minute break)

The role will transform data from multiple business systems into accurate, actionable insights, automate reporting processes, and deliver a single source of truth for decision-making.
Responsibilities- Build, maintain and improve business data systems, ensuring accurate and reliable information for internal reporting and client delivery.
- Develop and manage Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualisations to provide meaningful business insights.
- Create automated reporting solutions and workflows to improve efficiency, reduce manual processes, and enhance data accuracy.
- Manage, integrate, and maintain datasets from multiple systems while ensuring strong data governance and quality standards.
- Develop SQL queries, databases, and reporting frameworks to support business intelligence and decision‑making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions and drive continuous improvements across data processes.
- Proven experience in a Data Analyst, Business Analyst or similar analytical role.
- Advanced SQL skills with experience querying and manipulating large datasets.
- Strong experience with Power BI to build dashboards, reports and data visualisations.
- Advanced Excel skills including Power Query, Pivot Tables and complex formulas.
- Experience in data modelling, data transformation and reporting automation.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to interpret complex information and communicate findings effectively to a non‑technical audience.
- Experience working with CRM, ERP or Laboratory Information Systems (LIMS).
- Knowledge of Power Automate or other workflow automation tools.
