V06173 - Scrum Master

BAE Systems are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join the Dreadnought Programme, supporting the development of cutting‑edge technology that plays a critical role in the UK’s future defence capability.

Clearance Eligibility:
Full SC clearance and UK eyes only.

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support Agile delivery across multiple Scrum teams
• Work closely with Product Owners to refine and prioritise product backlogs
• Remove delivery impediments and help teams overcome obstacles
• Coach teams in Agile and Scrum best practices, supporting continuous improvement and increasing Agile maturity
• Build a collaborative, psychologically safe environment where teams can openly raise challenges and continuously improve
• Use delivery metrics and team data to identify successes, trends and opportunities for improvement
• Support effective communication between delivery teams and key stakeholders
• Promote Lean and Agile principles across the wider programme

• At least 3 years' experience working within Agile delivery teams
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile and Lean methodologies
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching cross‑functional teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence (Atlassian Suite), SharePoint and Microsoft Office
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast‑paced environment
