This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring Web Analyst to join a growing analytics function where you'll work with GA4, SQL, Big Query, and CRO initiatives to improve digital performance. You'll gain hands-on exposure to experimentation, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven optimisation within a supportive and collaborative environment.

The Role
You will support the web analytics and conversion rate optimisation function, helping stakeholders understand website performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Responsibilities include:
- Analyse website performance and user behaviour using GA4
- Support A/B testing and experimentation programmes through data analysis and insight generation
- Evaluate test outcomes and provide recommendations to improve website performance
- Identify optimisation opportunities across digital customer journeys
- Query and manipulate data using SQL and Big Query
- Produce reports, dashboards, and actionable insights for stakeholders
- Collaborate with digital, marketing, and product teams to support business objectives
- Utilise modern analytics and AI tools to enhance analysis and productivity
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong working knowledge of GA4
- Commercial experience within web analytics or a broader analytics role with exposure to digital data
- Good SQL skills and experience working with large datasets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience translating data into actionable recommendations
Desirable:
- Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Exposure to Big Query
- Knowledge of CRO, experimentation, or website optimisation methodologies
