Contract:
Initially 6 months - starting imminently Salary 230 per day (inside IR35 only)
Are you an experienced IT Support Specialist who enjoys building strong customer relationships, improving service performance and taking ownership when challenges arise?
Previous experience:- Do you hold current SC Clearance?
- Do you hold an ITIL Foundation qualification (or higher)?
- Can you evidence Level 1 & 2 technical assistance in a Service Desk/Walk Up Tech Bar/L2 Technical Support role?
- Do you have experience of using Service Now, (especially Reporting & Dashboarding)?
- Are you able to diagnose hardware and Windows OS issues?
I am recruiting for a prominent client who is looking for a Support Specialist who has all of the above! With an initial 6 month contract period, this could be extended, (to be confirmed)
Responsibilities:- You'll be part of the Local Support Team, providing Levels 1 & 2 support to users.
- Undertake diagnostics & troubleshooting for: hardware, software, OS & basic connectivity, (LAN/WIFI)
- Use Service Now to log, track & manage the lifecycle of tickets.
