I'm seeking a talented Residential Conveyancer with a minimum of 3 years PQE to manage a varied caseload from instruction to completion
. You'll be dealing with:

• Sales & Purchases
• Freehold & Leasehold
• Transfers of Equity
• New Build transactions

• At least 3 years of experience managing your own residential caseload
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• A proactive, forward-thinking approach

• Competitive salary: £30,000 - £45,000 DOE
• Full-time, Monday to Friday
