Develop and implement sourcing strategies for assigned commodities.
Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost, and delivery performance.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to achieve optimal terms.
Collaborate with internal teams to align procurement strategies with business goals.
Monitor market trends to identify risks and opportunities for the supply chain.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Analyse and report on procurement performance metrics.
Drive cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.

Profile

A successful Commodity Manager should have:

Experience in procurement or supply chain management within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Knowledge of supplier management and sourcing strategies.
Ability to analyse market trends and procurement data effectively.
Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements.

Job Offer

Salary ranging from £60,000 - £65,000 dependent on the level of experience.
