Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Site Supervisor to support the Headteacher and School Business Manager. The role includes key holding duties, basic maintenance and cleaning, with a split shift opening in the morning and locking up s is a part‑time position up to 20 hours per week, full year.

Responsibilities
  • Key holding duties, opening and closing the school facilities.
  • Basic maintenance and cleaning tasks.
  • Supporting the school team in the everyday life of the school.
  • Maintaining adherence to safeguarding, health and safety policies.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Desirable Qualifications
  • NVQ Level 2 qualification in Caretaking (or equivalent).
  • Desirable Experience
  • Experience of undertaking manual tasks (e.g., maintenance, DIY).
  • Experience of supervising staff.
  • Experience of security‑related duties.
Employment Details

Part‑time, Permanent. Salary quoted is full‑time equivalent and will be paid on a pro‑rata basis.
