Site Supervisor

Bridge Education is seeking a reliable and proactive School Site Supervisor to join a well‑maintained school site in Blackburn, supporting the day‑to‑day running of the premises. This part‑time, long‑term position requires ensuring the school environment is safe, secure and well presented for pupils, staff and visitors. • Previous experience in caretaking, facilities, maintenance or a similar role
• Basic DIY and maintenance skills
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Ability to work independently and manage workload
• Reliable and proactive approach
• Good communication skills
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and secure environment
• Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply

• Carry out general maintenance and minor repairs across the school site
• Ensure site security, including opening and closing the premises
• Conduct regular health and safety checks
• Maintain cleanliness of internal and external areas
• Liaise with contractors and external providers where required
• Support the smooth day‑to‑day running of the school site
