The Role
As the Regional Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the effective leadership, management, and performance of multiple sites. You will ensure operational consistency, regulatory compliance, and high standards across the region while supporting and developing site-level leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage day-to-day operations across multiple sites
Ensure consistent delivery of operational standards, policies, and procedures
Monitor performance, budgets, KPIs, and compliance across the region
Act as the main point of contact between senior leadership and site managers
Lead, support, and develop site managers through coaching and mentorship
Identify operational risks and implement proactive solutions
Drive continuous improvement, efficiency, and best practice across all sites
Manage change effectively and support teams through operational developments
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
About You
You have proven experience in a multi-site or regional operations management role
You possess strong leadership, people management, and coaching skills
You are commercially aware with experience managing budgets and performance
You are organised, proactive, and confident in decision-making
You are passionate about high standards, consistency, and continuous improvement
You excel at building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
