Development Project Officer
Community Gateway Association (CGA) is a tenant‑led, community‑focused housing association delivering high‑quality homes and services across Preston and beyond. We’re looking for a Development Project Officer to help deliver our ambitious new‑build schemes and acquisitions from start to finish, ensuring projects meet our development objectives and values.
37 hours per week, based in Preston.
£42,389.38 per annum.
What We Are Looking For- Experience managing new‑build housing projects.
- Experience managing budgets and contracts.
- Knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation, building and planning regulations and the client’s responsibilities under CDM 2015.
- Relevant construction qualification at level 3, a full driving licence and access to a car.
- Knowledge of housing sector trends and sustainability standards.
- Experience working with Homes England funding.
