- Lead and manage the Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) social work team to ensure high-quality service delivery.

- Oversee casework, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and best practice standards.

- Degree or equivalent qualification in social work.
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Demonstrable experience in a managerial role, such as Team Manager, Deputy Team Manager, or Assistant Team Manager.
- Deep understanding of children’s services and frontline experience in a Team Manager capacity.
