As a Mecca Team Lead within our slots teams , you’ll be at the heart of creating unforgettable experiences for our customers. You’ll lead from the front, supporting and motivating your team to deliver exceptional service and ensuring every customer has a fantastic experience. From managing shifts to building strong relationships with your colleagues, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and energetic environment.
Your leadership will focus on putting the customer at the centre of everything we do, empowering your team to deliver great results while creating a fun and rewarding workplace.
Qualifications- Strong leadership skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to engage and inspire your team
- Organised and proactive in a fast-paced environment
- Slot machine experience is required or desirable
- Safe guarding experience is required or desirable
