Security Operations Manager

North West based | National travel | £42,000 + Car Allowance/EV Company Car

Anchor Group Services is seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead the prestigious Peel portfolio — a UK-wide landlord and developer of retail, mixed‑use, commercial and industrial destinations.

This is a major career opportunity to take ownership of a high‑profile national account, leading security operations across shopping centres, industrial sites, corporate offices and mobile patrols.

You’ll lead a workforce of 80+ security professionals, supported by a Contract Manager and supervisory team, with full responsibility for:

• Operational delivery and service excellence
• Client relationship and contract governance
• KPI performance and compliance standards
• Team leadership, development and welfare
• Driving continuous improvement across the portfolio

You’ll be the strategic link between Anchor and Peel — ensuring performance, professionalism and partnership at every level.

• Multi‑site / national security management experience
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
• Commercially aware and KPI‑driven
• Valid frontline SIA Licence
• Confident managing compliance, H&S and people processes
