The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping strategy, improving EBITDA performance and guiding the business through its next phase of expansion.

This is a transformational Finance Director role that extends far beyond traditional finance leadership. You will operate as a strategic partner to the senior leadership team, bringing commercial insight, financial discipline and operational understanding to support continued growth.

• Partner with the senior leadership team to shape and execute the business growth strategy
• Support both organic expansion and potential acquisitions

• Work closely with commercial teams and clients to understand customer dynamics, supply chain complexity and profitability drivers
• Maintain strong operational visibility by spending time across production and operational teams
• Develop robust financial models, forecasts and long-term planning frameworks
• Implement and maintain a strong KPI framework to measure performance against business objectives
• Oversee financial reporting, controls, compliance and statutory requirements

• Lead cash management and treasury strategy
• Optimise working capital and ensure strong liquidity management

• Manage relationships with auditors, advisors, legal partners and funding providers
• Support banking and funding relationships

• Identify and evaluate acquisition opportunities
• Support funding strategies and investment planning
• Guide leadership through potential investment, funding or exit processes

We are looking for a commercially astute and entrepreneurial Finance Director who thrives in high-growth environments.

• Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
• Proven experience operating at Finance Director or senior finance leadership level
• Experience with in manufacturing or a similar operational environment
• Track record of scaling businesses and driving financial discipline
• Experience with M&A, funding cycles, or corporate transactions
• Strong financial reporting, performance management and forecasting expertise
