Extra Care Scheme Manager / Supported Living Manager
Location:
Blackburn (BB2 & BB3), 3 sites.
Hours:
Mon-Fri 9-5. Salary: £32,965 + benefits.
The role of the Extra Care Scheme Manager is to manage day-to-day activity and grow a successful care team who deliver personal care services to our service users. In running the branch you will be accountable for ensuring the correct number of suitably qualified care workers are available to meet service demands, that care work is of the required standard and that all processes are followed, correctly controlled and documented.
You will also be responsible for compliance for quality internally and for regulators and contract holders.
- Oversee day-to-day operations across the three schemes.
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary care team.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
- Manage care delivery, rotas, and service performance.
- Support audits, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Develop and enhance the activities and wellbeing offering across all schemes.
- Drive resident engagement, independence, and quality of life.
