Deputy Technical Stage Manager

Job Summary

The Deputy Technical Stage Manager is a key role within the Technical Department, supporting the Technical Stage Manager in the delivery of safe, efficient and high-quality technical operations across the Theatre’s programme.

We are looking for someone who will help put the Technical Team on the map within the industry. This means taking pride in the standards we deliver, strengthening relationships with visiting companies, and helping the Grand to be recognised for its professional, welcoming and well‑run technical operation. Working as part of a small, skilled team, the postholder will contribute to the effective day‑to‑day running of the department, ensuring that all performances, events and visits are delivered to a consistently high professional standard.
