Property Consultant

Spicerhaart Corporate Sales is the dedicated Asset Management division of the Spicerhaart Group. Based in Blackpool, we manage and sell properties on behalf of a wide range of corporate clients across the UK.

Responsibilities
  • Review the property caseload daily and prioritise tasks in line with client service level agreements.
  • Liaise with corporate clients, ensuring fairness and transparency in every interaction.
  • Coordinate with external parties – solicitors, surveyors, and agents – to gather the information and documentation needed to move properties forward.
  • Analyse third‑party reports, recommend evidence‑based solutions and communicate them clearly and professionally.
  • Respond promptly to emails, calls and updates, maintaining clarity and accuracy.
  • Keep systems updated in real time, ensuring records are current, documents are stored correctly, communications are logged promptly, and audit trails are maintained to the highest standard.
  • Support the progress of multiple properties, strengthen client relationships, and contribute to the success of the team.
What You’ll Need To Succeed
  • Clear, confident communication (written and verbal)
  • Strong organisational skills to stay on top of tasks
  • Customer‑first mindset with a focus on service
  • Quick learner, eager to pick up new skills
  • Sharp eye for detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • GCSEs (A–C) in English and Maths, or equivalent

  • Basic salary of £26,227 per year, plus a monthly and annual bonus scheme giving on OTE of £28,000+

Requirements
  • Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK
