We are recruiting an exceptional Residential Home Manager to lead our beautiful residential care home in Lytham. As our Residential Home Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring outstanding care, regulatory compliance and an exceptional experience for residents, families and colleagues.

• Lead, motivate and develop a dedicated care team.
• Deliver exceptional person-centred residential care.
• Maintain compliance with CQC regulations and quality standards.
• Manage staffing, budgets and occupancy.
• Build strong relationships with residents, relatives and healthcare professionals.
• Promote continuous improvement and a positive workplace culture.
• Ensure the home maintains its reputation for outstanding quality and service.

We re looking for someone who has:

• Previous experience as a Residential Home Manager, Care Home Manager or Registered Manager.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• A passion for delivering outstanding residential care.
• Good knowledge of CQC regulations and best practice.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• A commitment to achieving the highest standards of care and resident wellbeing.
