Contract Manager - Civil Engineering

A highly regarded infrastructure contractor is looking to appoint a Contract Manager to oversee the successful delivery of multiple civil engineering and maintenance projects across the North West.

Your new role
Reporting into senior leadership, you will be responsible for managing the operational delivery, programme performance and commercial success of multiple projects.

• Leading multidisciplinary project teams
• Managing client relationships and stakeholder engagement
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
• Monitoring programme performance and resource allocation
• Supporting business growth and identifying new opportunities
• Managing project risks and operational performance

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience within a Contract Manager, Operations Manager or Senior Project Management role
• Civil engineering, highways, infrastructure or maintenance sector experience
• Strong leadership and client-facing skills
• Commercial awareness and contract management experience
• Track record of delivering projects safely and profitably
