We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fast Fit Centre Manager to lead and manage one of our client's bustling automotive centres in Blackpool. This is an excellent Fast Fit Centre Manager opportunity for a skilled professional to drive business growth, oversee daily operations, and lead a dedicated team within a fast-paced retail environment. - Maintaining equipment, machinery, and scheduling safety checks and servicing
- Implementing effective sales strategies to maximise centre revenue
- Securing premises, stock, assets, and customer data
- Proven experience as a Centre Manager, Assistant Centre Manager, or in a similar automotive management position
- Demonstrable success in sales and delivering excellent customer service within the automotive sector
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Technical or mechanical automotive knowledge is preferred
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to the automotive industry
- Full UK Driving Licence with minimal points
- Ability to prioritise tasks and operate effectively under pressure
