Keoghs LLP is seeking a senior pre-litigation credit hire specialist to lead and develop the technical capability of the pre-litigation unit. You will supervise file handlers, mentor staff and align work with Keoghs Quality Framework and client SLAs.
Working with Technical Manager and Business Unit Director, you will drive policy, onboard new starters, provide training, and champion continuous improvement to reduce risk, improve KPI performance and client care.
