Amentum is seeking an experienced senior business leader to lead and grow a substantial portfolio supporting the lifetime operation of nuclear facilities in the UK and internationally.

This newly created Group Director role will initially bring together our major professional services and project management relationships supporting one of our strategically important UK clients, alongside responsibility for developing our wider lifetime operations portfolio with existing and new clients.

Reporting directly to the Vice President, Energy Division, you will have leadership and P&L accountability for a portfolio of approximately £60m annual revenue, supported by established teams delivering technically complex services across the UK nuclear fleet.

This is both a significant operational leadership role and a growth opportunity. You will inherit a strong and established business while being expected to shape its next phase: strengthening client relationships and performance, developing our people and leadership capability, and expanding Amentum's position in the growing international market for nuclear lifetime extension and long-term operational support.

You will provide overall leadership, client focus and strategic direction for our Lifetime Operations delivery programmes.

Initially, a major part of your remit will be our long-standing relationship with a major UK client, supporting the continued operation and lifetime extension of the UK's nuclear fleet through established professional services and project management arrangements.

You will build on strong foundations: experienced teams, significant technical and project management capability, commercial expertise and client relationships developed over many years.

Alongside this established portfolio, you will lead the development of our wider long term operations delivery business, identifying opportunities to take Amentum's experience and capability to new clients and geographies.
