Overview
As a Vehicle Builder/ Assembler/ Body Engineer/ Fitter, you will play a crucial role in building commercial vehicles.
Responsibilities- Diverse Skill Set:
Demonstrating proficiency in a range of essential techniques including drilling, cutting, and utilizing various hand and power tools such as spanners, drills, riveters, jigsaws, circular saws, and grinders. - Electrical Aptitude (Desirable):
While not essential, a basic understanding of electrical systems can be advantageous for certain projects. - Fast-Paced Environment:
Thriving in a high-pressure manufacturing setting and consistently meeting production targets.
- Strong fabrication or fitting skills.
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in commercial vehicle construction.
- Knowledge of electrical systems. an advantage
- Mig Welding an advantage
- Hydraulic / hose knowledge an advantage
£13.50 - £14.50 per hour depending on experience
Expected hours39 per week
Hours of workMon-Thurs 8am-4.30pm / Fri 8am-3pm
