Master Scheduler

We're hiring a Master Scheduler to play a pivotal role in a fast-growing, high-performance manufacturing environment near Blackburn. This is an opportunity for a driven Master Scheduler to take ownership of production planning, influence operational efficiency, and directly support business growth.

As Master Scheduler, you'll develop and maintain the master production schedule to ensure customer demand, capacity, and materials are aligned. The successful Master Scheduler will act as the central coordination point between production, procurement, and operations — keeping everything moving smoothly.

• Building and managing the master production schedule
• Balancing demand, materials, and production capacity
• Proactively adjusting schedules to meet delivery targets
• Working cross-functionally to resolve planning challenges
• Driving continuous improvement within scheduling processes
• Maintaining accurate planning data and reporting

The ideal Master Scheduler thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing setting and enjoys solving complex planning challenges.

• Proven experience as a Master Scheduler or production planner
• Strong analytical and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset

Monday-Thursday: 7:30am - 4:00pm
Friday: 7:00am - 12:00pm
