Print Finishing Manager

Overview

A well-established printing company that offers a wide range of finishing services under one roof is looking for a seasoned professional to run the finishing team.

• Run the total finishing operation with day-to-day management of workflow and staff.
• Ensure accurate timings for different finishing requirements (cutting, creasing, gluing, and folding) up to B1 size.
• Lead and motivate the finishing team in a fast-paced environment to meet short lead times while maintaining high quality and adhering to budget.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity and efficiencies within the finishing department.

• Experience managing a finishing operation in a fast-paced print finishing environment.
• Hands-on capability with cutting, creasing, gluing, and folding up to B1 size.
• Experience handling food and/or pharma jobs is advantageous.
• Previous managerial experience is desirable.
