We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Knitter / Fabrication Machine Operator to join our team in Blackburn.

In this role, you will operate knitting machines, monitor product quality, and ensure smooth and efficient production processes.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and maintain weft insertion knitting machines
Load and thread yarn on creels and machines
Carry out quality checks and basic maintenance
Identify and resolve fabric defects
Work safely and efficiently as part of a team

What We're Looking For

Good attention to detail
Ability to follow production specifications
Basic math and data entry skills
Experience with machinery or textile manufacturing (preferred)
Willingness to perform physical tasks and work in a fast-paced environment

Shift Pattern

Three-shift rotation.

Shift hours: 06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00 / 22:00-06:00

30 mins paid break on each shift.

Pay

£14.97 per hour (including shift allowance)
