A Paint Technician with IMI or ATA qualifications who is eager to work in a dynamic, supportive setting is ideal for this role.

• Prepare vehicles and perform spray painting operations according to manufacturer guidelines
• Operate spray booths, adjusting pressure and temperature settings as required
• Maintain and clean spray guns regularly to ensure optimal performance
• Follow safety protocols, particularly during fuel and engine removal
• Ensure air intakes are unobstructed and filters are replaced as needed
• Wear appropriate PPE including gloves, eye protection, and air-fed breathing apparatus
• Dispose of waste materials responsibly in compliance with safety regulations
• Monitor spray booth conditions to meet negative pressure standards

• Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer, ideally with IMI or ATA qualifications and a solid bodyshop background
• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
• Ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced environment
• Full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential
• Valid paint sprayer skills and knowledge are essential
• A proactive attitude and excellent teamwork skills
