Maintenance Engineer

A leading global manufacturer of high-quality plastic components is looking to recruit an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join its well-established engineering team. Remuneration:
Up to £54,700.00 per year. Benefits include a company pension and free on-site parking.

• The repair and service production machinery as well as participating in ongoing day to day maintenance of the factory in general.
• Assisting in the installation of new equipment and machinery.
• Supporting troubleshooting activities in respect to machine breakdowns, leaks, etc.
• Undertaking planned preventative/predictive maintenance activities in accordance with the annual TPM schedule.

• Be a time-served Electrical Engineer, with a minimum ONC.
• Be multi-skilled with an electrical bias, possessing good fault-finding skills.
• Have experience of maintaining plastic manufacturing machinery such as injection moulding machines, blow moulding machines or extrusion machinery.
• Have experience working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
