The Best Connection are currently recruiting reliable and hardworking Production Operatives to join a well-established and recognised food production company based in Burnley.
Role Overview :As a Production Operative, you will be working on a fast-paced production line, assisting with the packaging of bakery products such as bread, crumpets, and related goods. This role involves standing for the duration of your shift and maintaining high standards of hygiene and quality.
Shifts:- 06:00 - 18:00 (Days)
- 18:00 - 06:00 (Nights)
You will need to be flexible for both day and night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:- Packing and inspecting food products on a production line
- Ensuring products meet quality standards
- Maintaining cleanliness and adhering to food hygiene regulations
- Working efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Reliable and flexible with availability
- Previous production or food manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential
- Opportunity to gain experience within a reputable food production environment
