Job Overview
As a Content Manager, you'll play a key role in bringing our brand to life. You'll create engaging, high‑quality content that showcases who we are, what we stand for, and why people choose us. From social media and websites to emails and wider digital campaigns, you'll shape the stories that connect with our audiences and support our marketing goals. You'll own the content direction for your brand, working closely with Brand Managers to make sure everything you produce aligns with commercial priorities and reflects our purpose and values.
Your work will help build our online presence, spark engagement, and support lead generation through creative, thoughtful storytelling. You'll also work with our Senior Content Manager on larger projects, contributing ideas and helping to deliver standout content that strengthens our overall impact.
- A degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
- Previous experience in brand marketing – you know how to make brands shine
- A natural flair for copywriting and creating engaging, scroll‑stopping content
- Confident using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
- Great at prioritising and managing a varied workload without losing your spark
- Strong understanding of what audiences want and how to speak their language
- Ability to turn a brief into clear, actionable content that hits the mark
- Familiar with design and project‑management automation tools
- Comfortable communicating at all levels and building positive relationships across teams
- Working knowledge of SEO and how to help content get discovered
- Awareness of current trends in digital media, content marketing and audience behaviour
- Experience using CMS platforms such as Word Press to publish and manage content

- £36,000 per annum (our pay system is benchmarked and fair)
