Are you a strategic and hands-on marketer ready to take the lead in shaping and executing impactful marketing campaigns? This services organisation are looking for a dynamic full mix Marketing Manager to join their growing team and drive demand, engagement, and brand visibility across multiple channels for a mix of B2B and B2C audiences.

With a strong reputation and ambitious growth plans, they’re investing in marketing to take their brand and lead generation to the next level.

Reporting into the Marketing Director, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising the full spectrum of marketing activities. From digital campaigns and content strategy to events and partner marketing, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver integrated marketing plans aligned with business objectives
  • Manage multi-channel campaigns across digital, email, social, events, and PR
  • Own content strategy and creation, including case studies, whitepapers, and thought leadership
  • Collaborate with sales to align marketing efforts with lead generation and nurturing
  • Analyse campaign performance and report on ROI, using data to inform decisions
  • Manage external agencies and suppliers where needed
  • Support brand development and ensure consistency across all touchpoints
Key Requirements
  • Proven experience in a full mix marketing role, ideally within a services environment
  • Strong understanding of the B2B and B2C buyer journey and lead generation tactics
  • Excellent content creation and storytelling skills
  • Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (e.g., Hub Spot, Salesforce, Google Analytics)
  • A proactive, collaborative, and results-driven mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders with ease
