Location:
Lancashire (Hybrid - 3 days office / 2 days remote)
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000

A successful lifestyle and homeware brand with an excellent reputation and big ambitions is looking for their next Social Media Manager. This is a key hire for the marketing team as they look to take the brand to the next level through social storytelling.
This role is creative, strategic, and data-driven, owning social strategy end to end, content, community, influencer partnerships and performance - One day you'll be planning campaigns, the next on a shoot.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:- Plan, create and post content across Meta and Tik Tok - short-form video, imagery, stories
- Shoot and edit video/photo content for organic and paid use
- Run customer and influencer shoots, making sure output is high quality and on-brand
- Build and manage an engaged, loyal community - replying, engaging, growing genuine advocacy
- Source, onboard and manage influencer and creator partnerships that drive referrals and revenue at a positive ROI
- Manage brand collaborations and joint campaigns with complementary brands
- Plan and deliver social campaigns tied to seasonal moments and industry trends
- Track and report on content/campaign performance, turning data into clear next actions
- Keep social activity tied to commercial goals - traffic, conversion, brand growth
- Proven experience running social media for a consumer brand or agency
- Strong video editing and content creation skills - confident on both sides of the camera
- Sharp instinct for social trends, storytelling and platform best practice
- Influencer marketing and brand partnership experience
- Commercial mindset - comfortable reading data and turning it into performance improvements
- Sharp eye for design and what actually resonates with an audience
- Strong communicator and relationship-builder
- Organised, proactive, thrives in a fast-moving, growing business
