Fancy leading marketing for an entire vertical, shaping strategy that spans multiple market-leading SaaS brands, and building the playbook other teams across the business will use?

Clear Course is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager
- Sports & Leisure to take the reins on marketing across our Golf SaaS brands and two Leisure SaaS brands. You'll effectively be the head of marketing for this vertical, working hand-in-hand with commercial directors to turn their targets into one coherent strategy and campaign calendar.

This is a rare dual-mandate role - you won't just be chasing new business, you'll be protecting and growing what we've already built. With several membership-driven brands in the mix, both disciplines matter equally here:

• Own the marketing strategy and campaign calendar across the Golf and Leisure brands, translating commercial targets into a plan brand directors trust
• Drive new-business growth and demand generation, working alongside central Channel Excellence functions (PPC, SEO/GEO, Events)
• Own retention and loyalty marketing across membership-driven brands - a genuine, equally-weighted priority alongside growth
• Build group-wide blueprints for lifecycle, retention and loyalty marketing that other verticals across the business can adopt
• Partner with product teams on positioning, messaging and launches, making sure go-to-market plans land commercially
• Champion Adobe stack adoption (AEM, AJO, CJA) across your brands, working with Mar Tech colleagues to flag gaps and push for what's needed
• Manage and develop a Marketing Executive, setting priorities and reviewing output against the strategy

• B2 B SaaS marketing experience, ideally spanning membership-driven or subscription businesses
• A genuine track record in both growth/demand generation and retention/loyalty marketing - this role needs both
• Product marketing experience: positioning, messaging, and launch management
• Comfort managing multiple brand stakeholders simultaneously, at pace
• Some line management experience
• A commercial mindset - you translate targets into plans people trust, and you're just as focused on keeping customers as winning them

• AJO and AEM experience
• Golf sector experience
