Ward 24 is an innovative, creative and friendly environment for those nurses who wish to provide high quality, patient‑centred care. Full‑time and part‑time posts are available, offering exciting opportunities to join our team on Ward 11.
Responsibilities- Work as a registered nurse within a ward team in the Integrated Medicine and Patient Flow Division.
- Prioritise and deliver nursing care and assessment as needed.
- Demonstrate high standards of care and set examples of best practice in patient care.
- Collaborate with other departments and staff to ensure patient care is delivered.
- Ensure patients’ safety, privacy and dignity is maintained at all times.
- Support the nurse in charge of the ward and liaise with other departments and professionals to meet ward needs.
- Follow appropriate development to take charge of the ward and oversee patient admissions, transfers and the care delivered by other staff.
- Undertake such duties as from time to time determined by the Unit Manager and/or Head Nurse.
These positions are available to Student Nurses; we would also welcome applicants interested in a Secondment Opportunity.
Flexible WorkingFlexible Working Patterns may also be available upon discussion, such as Night Shifts or Part‑time hours; please discuss at interview stage.
