Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in Lancashire is recruiting a Band 6 Paediatric Nurse to join our dynamic paediatric team as a clinical leader. This fixed-term 12-month post offers opportunities to lead safe care for children and young people in an acute paediatric setting.
The post holder will act as nurse in charge, coordinate shifts, deliver direct patient care, and provide clinical leadership and mentorship to junior staff and students within a supportive MDT.
