Deputy Nurse Manager

As Deputy Nurse Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the Home Manager, providing clinical leadership, and ensuring the highest standards of person-centred care are consistently delivered. • Support the Home Manager with the day-to-day running of the service.
• Provide strong clinical leadership, mentoring and supporting nursing staff.
• Conduct regular resident assessments and ensure personalised care plans are in place.
• Monitor compliance with CQC regulations and best practice standards.
• Assist with recruitment, training, and supervision of the nursing team.
• Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and external professionals.
• Contribute to quality assurance initiatives and continuous service improvement.
