A Chef de Partie is required in Lancashire for this fresh food gastro pub which focuses on classic British cuisine.

They are looking for a Chef de Partie with experience of working within a professional kitchen who is creative and passionate in their cooking.

You must have worked as a Chef de Partie within a fresh food kitchen, and without this experience your application unfortunately can’t be considered.

• Work on all sections of the kitchen as required
• Support senior members of the kitchen brigade
• Receive ongoing training to develop your skills as a chef
• Be hardworking and dedicated, with experience in a professional, fresh food kitchen
