Location:

Grosvenor Casino, Blackpool (The Sandcastle, Promenade, Blackpool FY4 1BB
). This is a permanent, full-time position (40 hours per week).

We’re looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to prep, cook, and plate dishes, while upholding high energy and standards.

As a Grill Chef, you’ll deliver perfectly cooked meats, sear steaks, craft signature grill items and thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑energy kitchen. You’ll support your team and maintain a spotless, safe, and efficient kitchen.

Additional expectations: flexibility to work night shifts and weekends in a 24/7 casino environment.

Ideally, NVQ Level 2 in Hospitality or a related kitchen qualification. Experience and proven skills without formal qualifications are also welcome.
