Casual Catering Assistant | Residential Care Casual

Overview

Lancashire County Council provide catering services to 16 homes and 11 day centres for older peoples services across Lancashire, serving over 800 meals per day and we are looking for committed individuals to join the service. Salary £12.60 per hour, Casual hours per week, Residential Homes across Lancashire. International Sponsorship – this role is not open to international sponsorship.

Working Hours/Days:
Weekends and weekdays available. 8 hours a day plus travel expenses.

• Prepare the dining area for service, including the moving and setting up of furniture and putting away
• Assist in the preparation, cooking and serving of food and beverages
• Clean all equipment and catering areas

• Ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to work under pressure and use own initiative
• Good customer care skills
• Previous catering and food preparation experience would be desirable
