DUTY OPERATIONS MANAGER

We are currently looking for a Duty Operations Manager to manage our new Harbour food hall, consisting of Italian, Asian, Fish and Chips, pasta, hotdogs, burger outlets, Dessert Island and Silvers Bar.

To ensure the smooth running of the business with the responsibility of approximately
15 staff and supervisors during the peak season, so the ability to remain focused while ensuring all staff are performing tasks in a professional and efficient manner is essential.

Encourage, motivate, and inspire your team with good leadership skills.

The manager will be fully committed to supporting the core objectives of the business needs.

Willing to work evenings and weekends as and when required in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in a management/supervisory role within a busy/fast-paced environment is an advantage.
