Customer Advisor

Position

Customer Advisor – B&Q Blackpool – Part time, 16 or 20 hours per week, 3‑month fixed term contract. Shifts available Monday through Sunday from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm. UK notional hourly rate £12.71.

• Become an expert advisor, a guide and an inspiration for customers and their home‑improvement projects.
• Sales are important, as are managing stock, setting up displays and ensuring the store looks great.
• Opportunity to be trained in paint‑mixing and cutting timber.
• Deliver excellent customer service as the main aim of the role.

• Friendly and outgoing, with a passion for helping others.
• Happy to learn and enthusiastic about new technology and ways of working.
• Team player who is flexible to work a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
